Re: Third Kind Reminder: Notification when business name becomes available

Dear Registrar,

Rastafari wellbeing greetings.

Please be reminded of the following facts found in email trail hereinunder and reiterated here for pellucidity:
  • During the first week of October 2025, I applied to register the name Mae's Schools and was refused on the basis of an existing Reg No. 257184 valid from February 2025 to February 2026. See my application in the attached photograph.
  • Hereinunder, on the 21 October 2025, I wrote to you to be informed if the name became available so I could register same as my application was first in time, dated 30 September 2025 . Scroll down in the email trail hereinunder for email.
  •  On the 3 November 2025, officials from Commercial Registry registered the identical name that I applied for in the name of Judy Ann Sugrim and David Sugrim for Mae's Schools Reg No. 273133. See attached pdf file.
  • I am simply requesting an explanation as to why my application was and is refused on grounds of a pre-existing registration of similar name Reg No. 257184 as confirmed by you in the aforementioned pdf attached file. 
  • I am enquiring of the basis on the grant of the identical name to Judy Ann Sugrim and David Sugrim Reg No 273133 which I applied for prior to November 2025.
  • I am enquiring of the basis of the grant of a Reg No. 273133 which is similar in name to Reg No. 257184, to date has not been revoked.
  • I requested and hereby request the revocation of Registration No 273133 in name Judy Ann Sugrim and David Sugrim for Mae's Schools, an Education Instution, granted on 3 November 2025
  • I requested and hereby request that my first in time application attached herewith be granted.

With every hope that clarity and conformity prevail in the application of procedural rules, regulations and practices within the business name registration process at the DCRA inter alia.

Kindly note that the same Judy Ann Sugrim and David Sugrim are the unauthorized, unlawful and illegal occupants of green open community recreational space, Farnum's Playing Field, with a prefab building operating as Mae's Schools. The Central Housing and Planning Authority (CHPA) issued a cease-and-desist order dated 6 October 2025, CH&PA orders halt to construction of Mae’s School after works were finished – owner – Demerara Waves Online News- Guyana. And the Ministry of Education has confirmed that no authorization has been given to Mae's Schools for operation in Farnum's Playing Field, Subryanville,No permission granted for prefab Mae’s School on Farnum Ground – Parag – Demerara Waves Online News- Guyana  .

  Dear Registrar, Sairam. Thank you for your offer to discuss this matter fully. However, the members of the Committee of Residents for Subryanville are not currently available to meet in person. This conclusion of these outstanding business name registration issues demands urgency in both attention and action inter alia. The issues which need to be clarified by the DCRA are quite simple and are as follows: Re: Business Name Registration 240986, the subject matter of an investigation at CID, as well as the document tendered to M&CC as proof of ownership of Mae's Schools by Judy Ann Sugrim and/or David Sugrim and/or their/his/her Attorney/s-at-Law Was this inadvertently or else omitted from the chronological history of Mae's Schools supplied by DCRA hereinunder and attached herewith? Kind reminder for: Demand for demolition of Mae's Schools following CHPA order of cease-and-desist

  Dear Town Clerk, Deputy Town Clerk and City Engineer, End of year wellbeing. Further to our email dated 21 November 2025 hereinbelow to which no response and/or action has been initiated. And further to the amount of cease-and-desist and/or demolition activities undertaken by the Offices of the Town Clerk and the City Engineer against illegal , unauthorized, unlawful and unapproved structures since our last email.
