Kind reminder for: Demand for demolition of Mae's Schools following CHPA order of cease-and-desist
Dear Town Clerk, Deputy Town Clerk and City Engineer,
End of year wellbeing.
Further to our email dated 21 November 2025 hereinbelow to which no response and/or action has been initiated.
And further to the amount of cease-and-desist and/or demolition
activities undertaken by the Offices of the Town Clerk and the City
Engineer against illegal , unauthorized, unlawful and unapproved
structures since our last email. The one with the most parallels
and commonality with the unauthorized, illegal and unlawful usage of
Farnum's Playing Field, community ground and property, was as recently
as 23 December 2025

And further to the cease-and-desist order issued against Judy Ann Sugrim
and/or David Sugrim and/or Mae's Schools by Central Housing and
Planning Authority in or around 6 October 2025.
And further to the fact that there was no legal entity registered by
Judy Ann Sugrim and/or David Sugrim for Mae's Schools at date of
application for ongoing prefab structure which is after the M&CC
admission of no consultation of residents at 9 September 2025
and before 13 October 2025. Please be reminded,

Please be reminded of the Residents of Subryanville requests in email
dated 21 November 2025, hereinimmediatelybelow, relevant part copied
herein for your ease of reference, for the following demands with the
expectation that this will be completed before 5
January 2026
"The Residents of Subryanville DEMAND the dismantling of the prefab structure on Farnum's Playing Field.
The Residents of Subryanville DEMAND the removal of all dismantled material from Farnum's Playing Field
The Residents of Subryanville DEMAND the rehabilitation and leveling
of the area where the illegal, unauthorized and unlawful prefab
structure currently stands on Farnum's Playing Field.
The Residents of Subryanville DEMAND the restoration of the entire
Farnum's Playing Field, Subryanville to its original purpose of a
community open green recreational space."
