Deeds and Commercial Registry Authority.
Dear Chairman and Board of Directors,
Greetings of wellness.
Thank you for your continued dedication to the effective governance of
our community. The Residents of Subryanville would like to respectfully
inquire about the legality of business name registration number 273133,
issued for Mae's Schools under the ownership
of Judy Ann Sugrim and David Sugrim on 3rd November 2025. Our inquiry
is based on information received from the Commercial Deeds Registry,
DCRA, in February 2026, and we seek your guidance and clarification on
the following points:
- There is a previous registration under a similar name—Mae's Schools
Extension—with business registration number 257184 as of February 2025.
The owners listed for this registration are Chris Perez and Roseann
Chase, and this business name remains valid in
the business name registry.
- We are aware of a prior application submitted in October 2025,
referenced in Attachment 1: IMG-20250930. The Registrar of Commerce was
notified on 21 October 2025, and acknowledgment from the Registrar was
on 23 October 2025, as shown in the attached correspondence.
The Residents of Subryanville seek a revocation of the business name
registration number 273133.
We understand that these matters may be complex and appreciate the
board’s attention and guidance regarding the registration process for
these business names. Further, kindly note the omission of business name
registered number 240986 from the chronological
history of Mae's Schools provided by the Registrar in the attached
document marked, Mae's Scanned business registrations. If further
information or discussion is required, we are available to provide
additional details or meet at your convenience. Please let
us know a suitable date, time, and time zone for any proposed meeting
or further correspondence.
