Further to the revelation in Demerara Waves article, CH&PA orders halt to construction of Mae’s School after works were finished – owner – Demerara Waves Online News- Guyana informing of CHPA's cease-and-desist order issued on 6 October 2025, please be informed that works continue unabated. Kindly see attached photographs which nullify the developer's claim in the aforementioned article.

The Residents of Subryanville once again call on CHPA 
  • To enforce the aforementioned cease-and-desist order dated 6 October 2025.
  • In collaboration with other relevant agencies to demolish/ dismantle the unauthorized, illegal and unlawful structure by or before 25 December 2025.
