  28 November 2025 he Residents of Subryanville welcome the Cease and Desist Order issued by Central Housing and Planning Authority (CHPA) on 6 October 2025 to David Sugrim for the unauthorized, unlawful and illegal prefab structures being erected on Farnum’s Playing Field for use as Mae’s Schools. The Residents of Subryanville await follow up action, from all the relevant authorities and statutory bodies, inter alia, the issuing and enforcement of a demolition order to remove the unauthorized, unlawful and illegal prefab structures from the Farnum’s Playing Field before 25 December 2025. After, the unacknowledged email hereinunder in email trail dated 16 October 2025, His Worship, The Mayor of Georgetown wrote in the media, Access to superior educational facilities remains the fundamental impetus in facilitating Mae’s school on Farnum playfield - Stabroek News .
