Legality of the documents presented to Statutory Bodies, M&CC and CHPA by the developer of the unauthorized Mae's Schools in Farnum's Playing Field, Subryanville

Greetings of Peace.
Pursuant to our email hereinunder in trail dated 26 September 2025, acknowledged by CID on 29 September 2025, the Residents of Subryanville submit the legally noncompliant documents, in attached pdf file marked Maes Agreement, purporting to establish ownership of Mae's Schools. These documents were received at M&CC Statutory Meeting on 13 October 2025. A photocopy of the same has since been requested from the Mayor. The Residents of Subryanville await his response or non-response and action or inaction. It is unclear whether the same documents or similar legally noncompliant documents were submitted to CHPA. The Residents of Subryanville urge the CID to urgently investigate this prima facie crime at both Statutory Bodies.
Further neither CHPA nor M&CC have authorized the building of the prefab and other structures in Farnum's Playing Field, Subryanville on behalf of Mae's Schools. Therefore with the tendering of noncompliant legal documents to the Statutory Bodies as alleged proof of ownership, the unauthorized construction site may be treated as a crime scene. Kindly so do and stop both the child endangerment caused by children in playgroup, nursery and primary attending schools on an unregulated active construction site along with the construction of the unauthorized prefab structure while investigations continue into the criminal aspect. This unauthorized building has been so from its inception in or around 28 August 2025 and remains so to date. Kindly note status of structure at 28 August 2025 as one of the attached photographs. All unauthorized constrution was undertaken at the developer's risk, financial and otherwise. The Residents vehemently oppose any financial expediture as a consideration in the developer's favour.
And Further the Residents of Subryanville attach herewith the letters seeking to invoke and demanding adherence to the convenants on the transports of the residential neighborhood. This has been acknowledged by both CHPA CEO and CHPA Legal offices along with M&CC acknowledged by the Offices of Mayor, Town Clerk and City Engineer.
