  Dear Crime Chief, CID, Guyana Police Force Greetings of Peace. Pursuant to our email hereinunder in trail dated 26 September 2025, acknowledged by CID on 29 September 2025, the Residents of Subryanville submit the legally noncompliant documents, in attached pdf file marked Maes Agreement, purporting to establish ownership of Mae's Schools. These documents were received at M&CC Statutory Meeting on 13 October 2025. A photocopy of the same has since been requested from the Mayor. The Residents of Subryanville await his response or non-response and action or inaction. It is unclear whether the same documents or similar legally noncompliant documents were submitted to CHPA. The Residents of Subryanville urge the CID to urgently investigate this prima facie crime at both Statutory Bodies. Further neither CHPA nor M&CC have authorized the building of the prefab and other structures in Farnum's Playing Field, Subryanville on behalf of Mae's Schools. ...

  Press statement 15 October 2025 On the 13 October 2025, the Committee for the Residents of Subryanville attended the M&CC statutory meeting at Kitty Market. In this pubic meeting the M&CC moved a motion in order to facilitate the Farnum agenda item under reports. The Residents of Subryanville attended the said Statutory Meeting in order to receive documents from the Mayor, showing David Sugrim owns Mae's Schools & properties at 9, 19 & 29 Third Avenue Subryanville. On the said 13 October, the Mayor, who described himself as the “political arm of M&CC, received some documents from Mr Sugrim’s lawyers. It was publicly recorded at the said Statutory Meeting, that no such documents were previously sent to the administrative arm, The Town Clerk nor the office thereof nor to the City Engineer.
